Delivery times
Every shirt is made on demand — no inventory, no deadstock. Orders to DE/AT/EU/CH ship from our German print partner (Textildruck Europa, Halle/Saale). Orders to the US and rest-of-world ship from our US partner. Timeline splits into two stages:
DTG print and packing at our fulfillment partner.
DE 1–3 · EU 3–6 · US 5–10 · Express available everywhere.
Typical total: Germany 3–7 business days standard, EU 5–10 days, US 7–14 days. Express shaves 3–5 days off.

EU customers: prices are brutto (incl. VAT) — no customs at delivery. Switzerland and rest-of-world: import VAT / customs may apply at delivery and are paid by the buyer.
Defects & misprints
If something is off — print issue, wrong size shipped, transit damage — email claims@shirzz.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos. We'll reprint or refund within a few business days.
What we need: order number, photos (front, back, detail of issue), and a short description.
14-day right of withdrawal (EU & UK)
Customers in the EU and UK have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from delivery date. Email returns@shirzz.shop with your order number and we'll send the return form and label.
Return shipping: the customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective.

Lost in transit?
If your tracking hasn't updated in 21 days or the parcel is marked delivered but never arrived, email claims@shirzz.shop. We open a trace with the carrier and resend free of charge once confirmed lost.
Please report within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date.
